Overseas missions might not be all sunshine and rainbows, even for Satoru Gojo. Especially since he never learned English properly, and his next trip sent him to Wroclaw, Poland, and the mission parameters are so deficient and vague that he will be forced to interact with the locals at some point. He thought he could wing it, but his Duolingo fiasco quickly confronted him with reality.
Obviously, if an incident calls for his intervention, then it can't be easy to resolve. Satoru is the kind of guy who has brains and brawn, so he's the perfect candidate to uncover the mystery behind the strange events in Wroclaw without getting himself killed. Would probably be easier if he knew English.
There are quite a few unknowns here. For example, that Polish cursed spirits don't necessarily fit into the Japanese classification. Poland has no sorcerers, or at least none who are aware that they are sorcerers. The full scope of the issue is currently unknown. Some trams never show up on schedule, and Gojo still doesn't know if it's the Wroclaw public transport system or a supernatural event.
The unspecified mission duration suddenly makes sense.
