“What the fuck,” Jason took a step back, and Dick put one hand on his back in an effort to steady him. “What is popping up outa of the grave a family trait? Did you pass on the zombie gene or something?”
“You aren’t the one I’m looking for. Do yourself a favor and get out of here before it's too late.”

In one universe, Willis Todd died in jail, and Bruce Wayne adopted his abandoned son.
In another universe, Willis Todd was experimented on in a secret Cadmus project while in prison. Once free, he sued for restitution and the custody of his fifteen-year-old son before beating him to death in a drunken rage. In this reality, Willis will stop at nothing to get a second chance. Even if it means using his newfound meta powers to search a thousand universes for an innocent and undamaged version of the boy he lost.

Sure, they're stubborn opinionated assholes, just like Jason. But unlike Jason, Bruce loves and cares for them. Jason is always Bruce's exception. Yeah it sucks, but at least he's the only one Bruce is hurting. Dick had always been Bruce's family, even if he'd only been his ward. And Tim had shoved his way into Bruce's life and stayed, so he was in Bruce's good graces, too. Cass believed in 'No Killing' even more than Bruce. And Damian... Well, he might be a killer but it wasn't like he'd had a choice. He was a better son than Jason, one Bruce could actually fix.

Clark attends the Wayne family Christmas dinner after Bruce gifts his parents a vacation. He’s long since been getting annoyed with Jason’s treatment of Bruce, he understands the trauma - he really does - but firmly believes that Christmas is a time for family.
Jason is just tired. He doesn’t want to get chewed out by Superman. He doesn’t really care what Clark thinks of him.
Clark didn’t mean to stress Jason- didn’t mean for a screaming match.
Bruce just wants his relationship with his son to be stable, and wants his boyfriend to keep out of it.
Still, somehow- perhaps through the sheer will of Christmas alone- it works out, and Bruce and Jason get stronger from it. (Clark remains happily a happy Boyfriend having done a good deed).

Their clothes looked a bit thin for how far into winter it was, but neither of them seemed to notice the cold.
(OR: Neither Choso and Yuuji survived the Shinjuku showdown. Waking up in the resident hellhole that is Gotham, they attempt to rebuild whatever life they can. Meanwhile, Jason is a useless gay and immediately makes plans on how to use his status as a mob boss/vigilante to help his neighbour while trying to get into his pants. Join Jason and other members of the Batfamily as they grapple with this change. Will his family help him, or hinder him? How will Jason change the role of Santa to suit his vigilante needs? Or will the role ultimately change him?

This is a retelling of the first movie "The Santa Clause" with Tim Allen, but with the Batfamily.
The only thing that might not make this for general audiences is there's a lot of cursing, especially in the first few chapters.
Also, I started this too late in the season, but I've had so much fun with it, I figured I'd post it anyway. I hope to have it done by January 6, but if not, Christmas will just last a little longer this year.
