Maybe this was the breaking point
Maybe this was the endOllie Bearman, Ferrari’s darling, the prince of the prancing horse. The boy with a smile so blinding it looked like the sun. All of Italy’s hopes rested on him to finally bring it home.
Kimi Antonelli, Mercedes’s golden boy, the prodigy. Destined for greatness since the first time he entered a go-kart. The boy with eyes darker than storms. Mercedes’s next big hope for greatness since Hamilton.
The year is 2031, and a championship fight is looming. Ferrari vs Mercedes. The Prancing Horse vs. The Silver Arrows, Bearman vs Antonelli, Ollie vs Kimi, undying passion, undying loyalty.
Some things were simply bigger than themselves. You can’t have everything after all.

Summary
As the 2025 season progresses, rumours intensify about a possible Toyota power unit for 2026, although who will use it remains shrouded in an air of mystery.
Oscar Piastri is growing increasingly discontent with each passing race; McLaren has slowly been eroding his patience, and sooner or later, he'll have had enough, especially as the team begins to favour his teammate, Lando Norris, more openly. Meanwhile, Matilda Trent is at the top of Australian motorsport after making history at Bathurst and duking it out for the title of V8 Supercars champion. However, Matilda's past in F3 has her itching for a call to F1, which she thinks will never come.
Both will be united under one roof on an expanded starting grid, with new rules and regulations that level the playing field for the top teams, setting the stage for a title fight for the ages. Though the two's history suggests they will do a little more than drive the cars.

Daniel always hated throwing up.
Hated the feeling of heat, the constricting of his throat, and the taste, all of which sort of be soothed away by his mothers fingers carding through his hair or a soothing hand rubbing his back.
But more than all that? He hated the feeling of almost throwing up. The tight throat, the taste of acid, the burning in his nose, all for nothing. He’d rather shove three fingers in this throat to finish the job than to leave himself with that feeling.
But he’s not at home sick, and there’s no one to soothe him through the feeling as watches Max’s car crash into the barriers on the screen.

Max’s laughter stood out to him. Hearing the blonde genuinely amused by something he said gave him a strange flicker of satisfaction, unexpected and rather confusing. Franco didn’t quite know where that feeling had come from, or why he had liked that sound so much. Maybe it was tied to his recent realization that he’d misjudged the guy. Perhaps he was starting to like the idea of getting along with Max, of having him actually like him. Just like he wanted everyone to like him, not just Verstappen.
