Katsuki Bakugo was not an unreasonable guy, he was just miserable whenever he got sick. It always started with a bug in his throat, then coughing, then everything hurt and he wanted the world to burn until he felt better.
But this isn’t a kind of sick he’s used to. It’s not in his throat. It’s in his chest; it fills his lungs, and causes his heart to ache. Maybe it’s the damn green eyes haunting his every waking moment, and maybe it’s the fact that the owner of those green eyes isn’t his. It doesn’t matter, cough drops don’t make it go away.
Those medicated little candy looking things just made him sicker.
Is Deku going to catch this too?
YO! I'm just going to rewrite this fic entirely and leave this version up! I'll make it a series if need be so like... Yea...
It's going to mostly be the same fic, but better. With better writing.
Did you know I started this fic exactly a year ago? I've improved in my down time since then. I think... So I'm just gonna...yeah....

Katsuki knew this feeling, this constrictive feeling that hurt like nothing else as he tried to breathe, only to choke on the soft petals and blood in his lungs. He was not an unreasonable guy, he was just miserable when ill, and he’s been ill for a long ass time. He’s been sick for so long now, that he’s shocked he’s made it this far. He’s been sick since he was a child, his lungs held by sharp roots that demanded his life ever since he was six. That he was hospitalized at eighteen for his illness was inevitable.
