Summary
In the grim darkness of the far future, in the 42nd Millennium, there is only war... war and teenage boys.
Recker Eans is a young princeps (Titan pilot) training at the prestigious Prodigy Academy, preparing to one day serve the Emperor on the battlefield. However, he struggles to mentally synchronize with his partner, Walker Scobell, which threatens both their relationship and their future as princeps unless they can find a way to connect.
Recker must face the challenges of the academy, live alongside the more successful princeps recruits, get along with his partner, and maintain a social life with his friends from other military branches.
But in humanity's dark future, things are never easy, and fate has more than one grim surprise in store for them.
