Magnus raised an impeccable brow, his eyes glancing at the omega beside him momentarily before straightening up. He stood taller than his own mate, Alec noted. To better improve his memory of his roommate to best use him for his husband’s motives, of course. Exactly why he made note of the alpha’s outfit, how his body filled out more since their time as roommates, and his eyeshadow that matched.
“Magnus Bane.’ He smoothly responded, brushing past his husband rudely while gently pressing the tips of his fingers lightly against the omega’s arm to not rudely crash into him. “Drink?” He offered the paler, completely ignoring the alpha blond that was the reason for their visit.
“You know I don’t drink.”
“And yet, I keep trying.”
