Josephine “JoJo” Campbell had been once a normal teenage girl, but that was in the past now, buried in a memory so distant it might as well have been a dream. Now she was just trying to survive day by day after the world went to hell thanks to their new neighbors a race of overlord aliens called the Espheni. People had joked for decades about what would humanity do if one day the little green men decided to finally show up looking for a fight. And humans ofcourse always answered with “We will give them hell ofcourse!” just like in Independence day....
One day they had come, entering the atmosphere with their massive ships, scaring the population enough to cause nation wide panic, hysteria and madness had soon followed, those smart enough had prepared, hunkering down on their homes with food and toilet paper. The other side, those god fearing, had given themselves to the will of the lord.
It had not mattered in the end. They where all dead now.
