Summary
Living in a new country during the time of prohibition is quite strange. Crime is common due to the presence of speakeasies, so many people try to keep a low profile. This is the story of Francis Browne, who works as a waitress during the day and sings at night. Despite her connections with two of Lackadaisy's rumrunners, she has managed to maintain a normal life. However, everything changes when a corpse is found in her backyard. Follow Francis as she deals with her family, work, and the goofy bootleggers around her.
