Lieutenant Tul found something strange in the case of serial murders in 1998 when the last unfortunate victim turned out to be Dr. Cherán's mother and the police officer who was in charge of the investigation at that time, which caused An uproar and criticism from the public for allegedly arresting an innocent person was. Tul's father.
Retrospective investigations were carried out in secret, although evidence and clues have faded over time and are difficult to gather. The accused had already died, after having been prosecuted and spent more than twenty years in prison. Not long after that, one rainy night someone was murdered in a similar manner to those killed 18 years earlier. The attacker hit their head to death, leaving some marks on the body as if in challenge.
