Richards and Doom have teamed up against Stark and Vanko in a fight who can requisition the most obscure, potentially dangerous, and paperwork-generating laboratory equipment; Dr Strange and the Hood aren't on speaking terms because the Hood has befriended a couple of ceremonial magicians, which the Hood argues is good PR and prevents them from accidentally summoning Cthulhu, and Dr. Strange argues is wildly irresponsible and doomed to go wrong, and Johnny Storm has filed a complaint that the excessive use of the word 'doom' which has started lately is discriminating and needs to be regulated in order to protect the villain-hero alliance.
Coulson wonders if it's too late to resign.

He looked down at his body - which felt very strange because he shouldn't have a body. "You have put me in a flesh prison." He observed. Poseidon opened his mouth as if to respond and then instead looked over at Hades.
"Look, brother," He said with a raise of his hands "I did my best."
There was a beat of silence in which Poseidon stood back up and ran a hand over his face.
"Well," He grimaced as he looked down at his son "I suppose it is time to answer his sister's prayers."

Percy was murdered in the lamest of ways but luckily has the coolest sister ever to help him with the whole 'living' thing again (aka I still love Estelle Blofis).
