(The Guesthouse is an inn tucked away near the mountains just outside of Seoul. It has no website, no SNS, and very few reviews. Seungcheol spends his Decembers there.)

In an instant, Seungcheol knows something is wrong when he sees Dokyeom, subdued and avoiding his gaze when he enters. Within the comforts of their home, Dokyeom has no qualms about being as loud as he likes. His arrivals prefaced by his singing or his laughter. On good days—and Seokmin will argue that every day spent with the members is a good day—he waltzes into rooms, creating a production out of the most seemingly insignificant moments.
None of the members expect him to maintain this level of energy all the time. That would be hell, Seungcheol thinks, even for someone like their happy virus. A low-energy Dokyeom is hardly cause for alarm. However, Seungcheol’s Dom instincts rapidly clock the indicators that there is something wrong with his Sub.

Summary
Songs tend to like him. They come to him when they want, often completely unexpectedly, and hide where they feel the most comfortable; in a flower pot or in his cat’s bed. They wait for him on the sofa or somewhere in his studio until he’s ready to find them. Sometimes, they appear when he looks at his members on a day off. “We’re the Galactic Geckos, genius,” Chan tells him. Some mom in the fourth row gives him a stink eye.
“Yeah, that’ll show him,” Seungkwan mutters. “How are you not embarrassed?”

Mingyu has never gotten her nails done in her life. Originally out of pure disinterest, and eventually for…alternative reasons. She could not care less about this girl's nails.
Which is why Mingyu nearly laughs when she leans over and asks: "Do you want me to do yours?"
It also makes her response of: "Um, yeah. Sure," even more ridiculous than the compliment to begin with. She can barely believe she even let the words leave her mouth.
Kim Mingyu operates under the firm belief that fate will handle everything, and it is simply her job to follow suit. Seokmin, however, has no intention of letting Mingyu pass her by.
