Dick’s relationship with his father had been really bad since Jason died. He was mourning, he missed his little brother, but he refused to return to Gotham. It was like his relationship with his father was completely ruined. The only reason he returned was the new Robin. But the last straw was that Bruce made a big mistake during Tim’s training — one that could never be fixed — and he hurt Tim, whom Dick saw as his little brother, his own little bird. That day caused Bruce to have a terrible breakdown and to stay under the League’s supervision for months. But at the same time, he also took away Robin’s right to be called Robin by any of his partners. Dick left town with the little bird he had newly adopted and only came to the city for emergencies, but he was done with Batman. This wouldn’t change when Little Wing came back or when his father found a new partner

When he returned, he refused to communicate with anyone and was brought to Jason by Pru with a request for help. Jason took him with him, took responsibility and took him under his protection. Tim had to retire and started everything from scratch. Jason was his biggest support throughout this process.

Tim was 15 when he discovered his real father. But by then there was already a huge gap between them because of the damage his father had left in him. That damage and the extreme shock damage Joker gave him was very bad and irreparable and he had turned from smart Robin into weak Robin. Bruce came under the regular care of Cass and Alfred. It took a long time for him to fully forgive Bruce. By the time he got Bruce back, Tim had already forgiven him and refused to leave his family again. He had started to focus on himself, not caring about what others said, while he started to build a new career for himself, not caring about what my brothers thought. He divided his time between the mansion and the Rogues who were constantly trying to adopt him. Until one day he received a very special gift, but he wanted to use it in a very special way. He would no longer keep his two families so separate.

He's doing his best, but everything around him just seems so broken. In order to fix things, he supposed you would have to break them a little bit more. There's so much to be done and so little time, and things change too rapidly to make a concrete plan. Everything has gone far beyond his control.
