Both he and Frank are just outside Saint Agnes, and Matt is very happily spectating Frank from a nearby bench. Well, he’s spectating Santa Claus, at least that’s what the kids all cheering around Frank think, or at least are playing along with.
He’s so glad that he convinced Frank to do this. There’s barely even a proper Santa impression, and Matt’s heard maybe one half-hearted attempt at a “Ho, ho, ho,” but the kids are loving it either way. Plus, Frank seems more than happy to let them gather around, and talk about what they want for Christmas.

Both of them have been repressing their mutual attraction for longer than they'd care to admit. But when circumstances force them to get closer they begin to realize that maybe it's been more than that all along.
An alternative version of Straight to Hell where Frank and Matt slowly realize what they mean to each other and try to figure out what to do about it. Karen just wants to help her ex-situationships stay alive.

It was a doomed sort of existence.
Peter Parker officially had no one. Ish. Spider-Man had people, but Peter Parker didn't. His friends were gone, his parents were dead, so was his uncle, his aunt was right on their heels, and he was about to head into senior year already one leg in the grave, and that was an impressive statement for a seventeen-year-old boy. But now he's encountered a country boy who's too sexy for his own good and is glued to Peter's hip, and maybe this won't end badly for once. But everybody has their secrets, and either they get exposed or tear things down. Peter knew that all too well.
