Summary
Lazlo wins a holiday to Hawaii as part of a radio contest, and Scoutmaster Lumpus is forced to accompany him, Raj, and Clam on their trip. Lazlo, Raj, and Lumpus end up getting booted from the flight to Hawaii after causing a disturbance on the plane. The threesome end up in Danville and must now wait for someone to retrieve them and bring them back to Camp Kidney. While waiting for help, Lazlo and Raj meet Phineas and Ferb and help them run a summer camp in their backyard. Meanwhile, Lumpus meets Candace and helps her bust the boys. Elsewhere, Clam, who is kicked off the flight separately from his peers, also ends up in Danville and tries to reunite with his group by getting help from the O.W.C.A. However, Major Monogram mistakes Clam for a new recruit and has him go on a mission with Perry.
