Summary
"As his vision clears, Graz’zt watches in fascination as the green star careens uncontrollably through the rift. Once it crosses into his plane the star starts to plummet to the ground, a green streak across the sky. On impact with the ashy grey soil, the world erupts into blinding light, increasing in brightness until it seems to be the only light source in the whole plane."
When a star in the form of a strange woman with burning eyes crashes into the Abyss from parts unknown, Prince Graz’zt of Azzagrat delightedly takes her home. With her past forgotten but no future in the Abyss, the fallen knight finds herself trapped in a struggle of her own desire for freedom with the demonic prince's will.

"Hang on! She’s not as monster! I was over there in the woods, and uh – Selska – here just fell out of the sky.” Zilver says, leaping to the defensive, though he keeps his weapons sheathed.
“So, you just picked her up and brought her back to camp?” Astarion and Karlach exclaim in unison.
“Well, I mean, I couldn’t just leave her out here, could I? Look at her. She’s walking cult-bait like this.” Zilver says, gesturing towards Selska, aghast.
Trapped in a deal for her freedom with the Demonic Prince Graz’zt, Selska finds herself thrown headfirst into the Absolute Crisis. Her goal? Bring Graz'zt the Crown of Karsus and stops his cousin – the cambion Raphael – or forfeit her freedom. Selska joins Zilver – the Dark Urge – and his group of misfits on their journey to stop the cult and make it to Baldur’s Gate.
