Summary
Gray River. a city good for tourism due to its famous.. gray river. various hubs have opened up, a bunch of restaurants and shopping centers and whatnot. however, the rest of the city is slums or ridden with crime. the local liquor stores hardly bother to check IDs. Gray River High School is along the good part of town, the marching band often mentioned in social media posts. (along with the sports teams, of course). Go Otters.
this brings in Raymond Sparks and "Zeno" Anderson. They both are members of the Gray River High Drumline. Ray plays bass drum, and Zeno is on cymbals. they're both pretty lonely. but at least they have each other? anyway, they end up getting a little too close, and..
